Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Void Blossom Apparel.
We want you to love your purchase, and we strive to provide a smooth and transparent return, refund, and exchange process.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To qualify for a return, items must meet all the following conditions:

✔ Returned within 30 days of delivery
✔ Unworn, unused, and unwashed
✔ In original condition, with no odors, stains, or wear
✔ All original tags and packaging intact
✔ Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-eligible items include:

  • Sale/clearance items

  • Digital downloads

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Underwear or intimate wear (for hygiene reasons)

If an item is returned outside our conditions, Void Blossom Apparel reserves the right to refuse the return.

 

2. RETURN PROCESS

To begin a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at info@voidblossomapparel.com with:

    • Your name

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (if the product is defective/damaged)

  2. Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with:

    • Approval or denial of your request

    • Instructions for how and where to send your item

Do not return items without contacting us first.
Unauthorized returns will not be processed or refunded.

 

3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, Void Blossom Apparel will cover the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

 

4. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within:

  • 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or card provider)

Refunds will not include:

  • Original shipping fees

  • Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes

  • Return shipping costs

Refunds may be denied if:

  • The item shows signs of wear or damage

  • The return exceeds the 30-day window

  • The return is unauthorized

 

5. EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges for:

  • Wrong size

  • Wrong color

  • Same item replacement

Exchanges are processed once the original item is returned and inspected.

If the desired item is out of stock:

  • You may select a different item of equal value, or

  • Request a refund instead

 

6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase if they have not been processed.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it.

If you wish to cancel an order, email us immediately at info@voidblossomapparel.com.

 

7. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damage

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

We will replace the item or provide a refund at no additional cost.

 

8. LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your package is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it:

Lost or stolen packages are not eligible for refunds unless the carrier confirms an error.

 

9. FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Clearance items

  • Promotional sale items

  • Personalized items

  • Digital products

  • Mystery boxes

  • Limited edition drops (when specified)
